Frequently asked

How fast does support respond?

Most messages get a reply within one business day. Disputes are reviewed in the order they're received and usually resolved within three to five business days.

I haven't received my delivery. What now?

First, message the seller from your order page. If you can't reach them, or the delivery isn't what was agreed, open a dispute on the order. Our team will step in and review the conversation and any files exchanged.

How do I get paid as a seller?

Sellers set up a payout destination from their account. When the buyer approves the delivery (or the auto-approval window passes), the funds are sent directly to you - no platform middleman.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes. Either party can request a cancellation before work starts, and refunds are issued automatically. Once work is in progress, cancellations need to be agreed by both sides or escalated to a dispute.

What file types can be exchanged?

Common image, model, and archive formats are supported. The platform retains a copy of every file exchanged during a commission so there's always a record of what was delivered.

Do you have an API?

Not yet. We're focused on the core marketplace experience first. If you have a specific use case, write to mail+press@vrcommissions.com and we'll see what we can do.

Before you write

For order-specific questions, the fastest path is the order page itself. You can message the other party, share files, and open a dispute right there. Email is best for account, billing, or platform-wide issues.
